Where's Agathe of Style Bytes? I miss her outfit posts :(

Anyway, my current blog love is Doe Deere Blogazine. Doe Deere is Xenia (if that's really her name then freeeakin' cool), this super creative individual with a feminist streak now and then.

I love love love her blog for 3 the three most important things in the world; perfect makeup in every form, a genius unabashed use of colours, and the fantastic photography.

This make-up look rocks. It has that prominent line above the eye-crease, reminisce of the Twiggy doe-eyed era, doncha think?

Thumbs up for showing the old "toning-it- down" formula the exquisitely gloved finger.

Be a ScholarFlip

Before I forget and hate myself for it later on

Oh yea and it has something to do with scholarships so I can empathise, bla bla. I think it's only open to those in America.

Flip.com, a unique Web site that encourages teens to create "electronic scrapbooks," has created a contest where teens can enter to win a $5,000 scholarship to be used toward their education.

So... Go be the next scholarflip! Basically you create and submit a flipbook that showcases your interest in music to animals to sports.

I think I'm going to set myself a nice flipbook soon actually, looks kinda fun. After I finish my book of course. I'm such a sissy, I almost cried!

P.S. I absolutely had to post this because 1) the email doesn't involve marketing of some jewelry a celebrity apparently wore and 2) it was personally addressed to me AND my blog specifically as opposed to the others I get that are very obviously mass-emailed. Emails like that usually always get featured :)

I have been slacking the whole day, alternating naps with mindless tv programmes. Nice :)

Anyway, because I'm feeling quite lazy to do a proper post, I'll just feature a really super cool pervsite. This is foto_decadent and it's a livejournal community where users post gorgeous fashion photography.

I strangely think it's so sweet that she's becoming a wreck because she can't be with her husband. Not that I'm condemning... uh what was his crime again? Anyway just let him go already, I want Amy to live.

Speaking of pop, I finally bought January's issue of Nylon! It rocks that my workplace is near Ann Siang road, which is so far the only place I know that has Nylon.
I miss magazines.


In other news, I am screwed because my driving test is very very very near and I foolishly cancelled today's final lesson because I woke up late and tired. And then I found out a lot of the remaining dates and times are allocated to work. I'm screwed screwed screwed. Screwed.

Beautiful iPod Come Back!

My beautiful iPod is now covered in a disgusting silicone casing.

I freaked out when I thought I found a scratch on it and there was absolutely no decent protective case suitable for an iPod Classic. Why the hell are there so many iPod nano casings but none for the iPod Classic?! Hello shouldn't the mere inclusion of "classic" mean something?!

So yes, desperate I got the ugly silicone cover that will at least protect it from scratches and such and now I feel like I'm holding an extra protective unsellable hot pink condom -___-.

I finally found some decent iPod cases from gerbera designs though.

Anyone out there who knows where I can get any kind of good casings in Singapore, do tell!
I know I could get them at iPod online, but you know, cheaper alternative, heh :).


I feel the desperate need to impress :( or at least be more useful.
I brought work home, I'm just hoping it'll turn out fruitful.

I also seriously need to curb my spending.

iCandy for the Asian Culture Enthusiast

I realise I don't post that much about clothes anymore and was kinda hoping noone would notice, heh. Excuse: WORK *beams and wishes am getting away with it*

Electric Pop Stockings

I want to get coloured opaque stockings.

More specifically, Turquoise blue and Purple.



WeLoveColors have these in 45 colours! They also have patterned stockings and other hosiery, they all come in various candy colours.

And now I think hot pink and emerald green isn't so bad as well. The red looks hot as well.

One thing I MUST emphasize, stockings are NOT pants. Please and thank you.

I haven't gone shopping in a while, hmm.

I desperately need my girlfriends, hurray for the weekend.

I slept for 17 hours yesterday!

I want Lunchboxes!

I think they make such wacky yet fanciful hand purses. They'd make good conversation starters, which would be an ice-breaker for when I go for my internship.

No I am not inventing excuses to get them.
